Meet Jocelyn Hart, MS, CNM, MSCP (she/hers)
Jocelyn is a midwife, certified menopause practitioner and medical-literature nerd. She is also trained in sex counseling and education.
She has spent over 2 decades in settings from public health to boutique private practice. While she loves working in the pregnancy/birth space (she has delivered over 2000 babies!), her mission-driven work has evolved to peri/menopause, hormonal and sexuality related care.
She has trained with the preeminent expert organizations in these fields. Her educational background is both age and gender spectrum inclusive (see below).
In 2025 she launched a clinic dedicated to sexual dysfunction and peri/menopause a Kaiser Permanente medical center and continues to see patients there. But the standard 15-minute visit, limited institutional support and lack of access to appointments create barriers to optimal care.
Inspired by her experiences, she has created a new intentionally micro-private practice. The small size permits time to address root causes and find real solutions. Care is intimate, supportive and guided by evidence. Treatment plans are always created in partnership.
